Many Vietnamese brides from afar cherish the dream of wearing the traditional wedding dress of their people. For Vietnamese girls, what they always take pride in is carrying their heritage, growing up in the rich Vietnamese culture, even when many have not had the chance to return to Vietnam. But it doesn\u2019t matter, many Vietnamese families, despite settling in other countries, still maintain the lifestyle, culture, and traditions of the Vietnamese people.<\/p>\n

The \u2018\u00c1o d\u00e0i\u2019 is the most beautiful ceremonial dress in the world\u201d – These are the words that bride Pauline B\u1ea3o Li\u00ean Nguy\u1ec5n shared with us at Nicole Bridal. We received an extremely sincere and sweet message about the intention to create a custom-designed \u2018\u00c1o D\u00e0i\u2019 wedding dress for Pauline, specifically for her wedding party in California.<\/p>\n

Despite being far from Vietnam for a long time, Pauline always takes pride in her Vietnamese heritage The bride always loves and cherishes the traditional \u00e1o d\u00e0i that her grandmother and mother wear on special days for the family. Above all, she desires to continue this tradition, to be like her grandmother and mother, and wear the \u00c1o d\u00e0i on the day she officially becomes a wife. That is the main reason why she decided to design her own wedding dress with a strong traditional touch. And that fate has connected Pauline and us.<\/p>\n

It won’t be long before we “approve” the ideas for the unique \u00c1o d\u00e0i wedding dress for bride Pauline. The traditional design of the \u00c1o d\u00e0i is already beautiful and charming, but bride Pauline B\u1ea3o Li\u00ean desires to add unique details to create her own signature in the design. That’s why we sat down with the bride to share her favorite details and create the final idea for her wedding \u00c1o d\u00e0i. And luckily, she fell in love with the traditional \u00c1o d\u00e0i design that Nicole Bridal sketched out, even though it was still on paper at the time.<\/p>\n

And not wanting to keep the bride waiting too long, we quickly made the wedding dress for bride Pauline B\u1ea3o Li\u00ean.<\/p>\n

We chose white as the main color for the traditional Vietnamese wedding dress, which represents the pure, innocent, and gentle spirit. We kept the traditional elements of the \u00c1o d\u00e0i such as the round collar, embroidered lace and beaded details, and sheer lace sleeves.<\/p>\n

The modern touch for the \u00c1o d\u00e0i is the veil made of chiffon, creating a soft and delicate feel, and becoming a unique highlight during the outdoor wedding ceremony. In addition, we designed a 1m long train to add a touch of allure with every step she takes.<\/p>\n

Although we have imagined a lot about bride B\u1ea3o Li\u00ean wearing her own tailor-made wedding \u00c1o d\u00e0i, when we received her feedback photos, we were stunned by her beauty. This moment feels like time has completely stood still. The land of California is tinted with a warm golden color in the autumn, and the scenery becomes even more romantic as the sunset turns the sky red. Amidst the stunning and majestic natural scenery, everything becomes surreal.<\/p>\n
