Nicole Bridal offers a range of bridal services, including custom wedding dress design, made-to-measure wedding gowns, and wedding dress rental for only local brides.

Nicole Bridal is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, except on public holidays. If you plan to visit during a holiday period, please contact us in advance to confirm availability.

Nicole Bridal encourages all brides to book an appointment, whether online or in person, so we can prepare in advance and ensure a smooth bridal fitting experience. Walk-in appointments are also welcome and will be accommodated depending on staff availability and fitting room capacity at the time of your visit.

Of course! However, Nicole Bridal recommends bringing no more than three family members or friends to your fitting appointment.

We encourage keeping your group small because too many opinions can make it harder to choose. After all, you're the one wearing the dress, and only you truly know which gown makes you feel the most beautiful and confident.

Yes — we regularly update our wedding gown collections with a wide variety of designs. If the gown you love isn't available or is out of stock, you're welcome to use Nicole Bridal's custom-sized service to recreate the design, with a custom tailoring fee of 20% (minimum VND 5,000,000).

Our custom wedding dress design and made-to-measure service starts from VND 28,000,000. The final price may vary depending on the complexity of the design, the fabrics selected, the craftsmanship involved, and the level of hand-finished detailing.

With over 10 years of experience in bridal design and craftsmanship, our team will help you select the most flattering silhouette for your body shape, personal style, and vision, then create a gown tailored exclusively to your measurements—so you can look and feel your absolute best on your wedding day.

We recommend choosing a wedding dress with a lace-up corset back, as it offers greater flexibility for adjustments. If your measurements change, the corset can typically accommodate a difference of approximately 2–4 cm.

In addition, the gown can be easily altered by a local tailor if needed. However, we recommend maintaining a stable weight, as significant changes in body measurements may affect the overall fit and silhouette of the dress.

Nicole Bridal can accommodate a limited number of last-minute rush orders for wedding gowns, provided there are no fewer than 45 days from order to the fitting date. A rush tailoring fee of 20% of the gown's value applies (minimum VND 5,000,000 per gown) and is non-refundable.

The standard production time for a custom-made wedding gown at Nicole Bridal is 10–16 weeks. If additional alterations are requested to further refine the fit or design, please allow an extra 2–4 weeks. Please note that the production timeline may vary depending on the gown's style, design complexity, and level of craftsmanship required.

Yes. Nicole Bridal will keep you updated throughout every stage of the process via phone, Zalo, WhatsApp, or email. We will share photos and videos of your gown's progress, ensuring everything is carefully crafted and approved by you before moving on to the next step.

Yes — we work with both domestic and international carriers.

• For orders within Vietnam, we typically ship via Viettel Post, Nhất Tín Express, or Grab.
• For international orders, we rely on trusted couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

Domestic shipping within Vietnam: rates vary by weight, ranging from VND 200,000 to 500,000 per gown, with express delivery in 2–3 days.

International shipping: rates range from $80 to $200 per gown depending on region, country, and specific weight, with delivery times of 4–8 business days.

• Domestic (Vietnam): Estimated delivery time is 2–4 days for the five major cities and 4–6 days for other provinces and cities across Vietnam.

  International: Estimated shipping time is 3–6 business days to Australia and 4–7 business days to the United States and European Union (EU) countries. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the courier service, customs clearance, and local import procedures in the destination country.
