1. How long do I keep the wedding dresses?
– The bride and groom are entitled to keep the wedding dress within 5 days from the date of receipt. In case bride and groom request assistance with holding an extra day, please notify before booking the service so that the staff can check and assist.
– In case of keeping wedding dresses for > 5 days, the cost of keeping the wedding dress is VND 500,000 per dress for each normal day.
2. Support to adjust wedding dress according to measurements?
– Nicole Bridal always wants the best fit and match with the shape of each bride. Therefore, Nicole Bridal will adjust the wedding dress according to the measurements of the bride specifically:
- Wedding dresses / Wedding dresses / Long dresses: Squeeze, loosen, come up, attach some more dress details (if possible) …
- Wedding vest: back, move button, long sleeve
3. Delivery and transportation fee (If any)
– In case clients cannot go to the store to receive wedding dresses for personal reasons, Nicole Bridal will assist to send wedding dresses to the requested address. Costs incurred during the transport will be paid directly by the customer or reimbursed to Nicole Bridal.
– Other costs incurred during the shipping process will be supported by clients
4. Payment method and payment information
- Cash, swipe at the store or transfer
- Payment is divided into 2 installments:
- Stage 1: 50% deposit of wedding dress rental value when signing wedding service contract
- Phase 2: Pay the rest before receiving the wedding dress

5. In case of force majeure
– In case of force majeure (due to natural disasters, epidemics, war …), Nicole Bridal will support customers:
- Reserve the value of the contract and deploy the signed wedding service for the next 2 years from the date notified by Party B.
- Transfer the service contract and the signed value to a third party, when and only when clients no longer needs to use the service.
