Exchange – Return Policy


  • Before placing an order, Nicole Bridal will support to clearly advise customers’ questions. And after placing an order, customers still have the right to change some details on the dress before preparing the material. Once the product has been sewn or is in the process of finishing bonding, any changes will not be supported. However, we still try to deal with change as much as we can on a case-by-case basis.
  • Nicole Bridal provides FREE support in cases where the wedding dress needs to be squeezed / loosened to fit the actual measurements of the bride for the wedding day. In case of domestic and international shipping fees, customers are responsible for paying these costs in full before Nicole Bridal helps to squeeze, loosen or modify the wedding dress.



In case, the customer cancels the order for any reason:

  • Within 48 hours of the order being confirmed, Nicole Bridal will not charge a cancellation fee.
  • After 48 hours from the time the order is confirmed, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the value of the canceled product.
  • For cases where the order requires urgent tailoring and must be done immediately after the order is confirmed, it will not be allowed to cancel. If canceled, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total value of the canceled product.



  • Products at Nicole Bridal are designed and tailored to each customer’s individual measurements, so the return policy will not apply. However, if there is any problem with the wedding dress product, please contact Nicole Bridal within 07 working days (from the date of delivery) for the most detailed support.
