”It was an amazing experience. I was searching for a dress and my Cousin recommend Nicole bridal in Vietnam and told me I can communicate with them in English. It was great, they immediately answered my request and i told them what i like with pictures as inspiration and they worked so fast. They did a sketch showed me and i could always adjust it to my liking so i wanted different sleeves and got them, they did another sketch and i love it so much. They were so nice and always respected my demanding. So the sketch was approved and we chose some fabrics and did some measurements.
We talked through video call and my cousin and aunt went to the store personally since i wasn’t in Vietnam. It was great everything that i wasn’t satisfied with, they changed it to my liking (of course while still in the process of making the dress). I had just great experiences with them and if i have question they would always answered me. I got an amazing wedding dress and can’t be happier to have such an amazing experience. My wedding dress is just gorgeous and everyone who saw me said the same. So Thank you sooo sooo much for your great service and amazing work on the dress. I felt like a princess in my wedding day and my husband couldn’t stop saying how gorgeous the onlookers and beautiful the dress is. Even my photographer got goosebumps because I looked so pretty, she did so many pictures and was in love with the dress.”
